Designed for the personal trainer or mobile professional, the Tanita BF-350A body composition analyzer offers a low-priced entry point into body composition analysis. The self-contained scale displays Weight, Body Mass Index and Body Fat percentage in seconds. For more in-depth reporting, the BF-350A can be connected to a PC running Tanita's new software. This will give other measurements including Basal Metabolic Rate, Total Body Water, Fat Free Mass and Fat Mass.
While most other professional scales rely on inexpensive mechanical levers and springs that may wear out quickly, Tanita's weighing system consists of a "motionless" block of solid metal known as a "Single-Point Load Cell." To you, this means better accuracy and durability for years to come.
Add the optional Tanita HMS Plus software to enhance the BF350E's features. With this software, you can easily connect the BF350E to your computer, and expand the monitor's capabilities to also measure hydration level, basal metabolic rate, fat free mass and more.

Tanita Health Management Plus Software
Together with the BF-350e, Tanita's Health Management Plus software provides you with all the tools necessary to accurately and inexpensively analyze virtually anyone's body composition. Tanita HMS Plus software allows you to enter information directly into the BF-350E from your keyboard. With this optional software, you'll get expanded results, including total body water, fat free mass, basal metabolic weight and height -- the data can then easily be collected, printed and sorted in a database. In addition, HMS Plus includes Tanita's new Goal Setter feature that lets you see exactly how much body fat and weight must be gained or lost, and the ideal body weight to meet the goal you specify.
The software displays a summary of all measurement data including vital signs and records can be edited. The bar and pie charts provide reports for tracking and motivation. And the fitness plan development options help you plan the ideal diet and exercise plans and schedules.
