Special features of LA precision balances:
 Fully automatic calibration and adjustment function, isoCAL, meets the requirement for performing calibration and adjustment at regular intervals to control and maintain the accuracy of your weighing instrument. If your procedure calls for even more stringent accuracy checking, you can alternatively define up to three intervals at which the balance will self-calibrate.- The balance's ISO | GLP compliant recording capability helps you satisfy the requirement for generating traceable records. Depending on your specific application, the printout can be individually configured. A special feature allows the balance to save up to 50 calibration and adjustment records so that these can be printed later all at once. Output data to PC or Sartorius YDP03-OCE printer with configurable printouts.
- Master Pro enables you to input alphanumeric identification codes either using the balance keypad or an optional bar code scanner. This ensures easy, traceable identification of a sample or lot.
- The reproTEST function, a first from Sartorius, enables the repeatability of the balance to be checked by the internal weight.
- You can also block access to the balance's configuration menu by entering your own password. In this way, you can prevent any tampering with menu code settings.
- Innovative weigh cell and advanced 21st century integrate electronics and microcomputer technology ensures highly accurate weighing results within the shortest response time.

Sartorius YDP03-OCE Statistical Printer

The Sartorius YDP03-OCE data printer has a built-in real-time clock and statistics programs -- designed for Sartorius balances equipped with an RS-232 interface. Text and data are printed with up to 24 characters per line and the unit is equipped with a real-time clock. A high contrast LCD shows the date or time as well as the current transaction number and integrated rechargeable batteries with battery level indicator. The printer runs on the balance's power -- no separate power supply is necessary. Easy to change paper roll and ink ribbon cassette.
The Sartorius YDP03-OCE data printer meets the quality standards of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in compliance with the requirements of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP(Good manufacturing Practice).
In addition to recording individual weighing data the data printer can generate a statistical evaluation of weighing data. All values transferred from an on-line weighing instrument are stored. The following can be computed/printed out.
- Number of weighing operations
- Mean value
- Standard deviation
- Variation coefficient
- Minimum value/weight
- Maximum vale/weight
- Difference between the maximum and minimum value/weight
The Sartorius YDP03-OCE data printer is powered by the Sartorius Balance via the printer cable that is supplied with the YDP03-OCE data printer. Turning ON the Sartorius balance when the printer is connected will automatically turn ON the printer. The rechargeable batteries with be charging when printer is not in use, but the balance is turned ON. The Sartorius YDP03-OCE uses a standard paper roll 57.5 mm ±0.5mm with a maximum diameter of 65mm.
