The Chatillon TT pneumatic test stand is a pneumatically-operated instrument
for measuring breaking strength of electrical leads, terminals, connectors,
wire wraps, etc. It is ideal for areas where intrinsic safety is required.
The Chatillon TT pneumatic test stand is capable of either tensile or
compression testing. The rapid test speed makes it ideal for production
line testing, incoming inspection testing or the research and development
laboratory. The tester has a 6" (15 cm) test stroke and a hydro-check
valve adjustment for controlling ram speeds as low as 0.1 inch per
minute.
The test stand meets MIL-T-7928 (ASG) requirements for crimped, solderless
lugs. This test stand also features an automatic retracting steel jaw.
The Chatillon TT Test stand operates using clean, dry air with maximum
air pressure up to 160 PSIG (121.2 bar).
