Chatillon PDT mechanical platform scales are perfect

13" glass-covered dial and sturdy 17" x 12" steel platform.
The following Chatillon PDT-series mechanical scales are certified "Legal
for Trade".
- Certificate of Conformance No. 90-078 was issued under the National
Type Evaluation Program of the National Conference on Weights and Measures,
that the design conforms to N.I.S.T. Handbook 44 Class III. The
scale is "LEGAL FOR TRADE" subject to on-site verification
by the local Weights and Measures jurisdictions

- Levers made from special cast aluminum alloy, equipped with adjustable
hardened pivots
- Self-aligning hardened steel bearings with anti-friction points
- Adjustable leveling legs and spirit level indicator
- Tare adjustment = 10% of scale capacity
- Temperature compensated oil dashpot
- Removable head cover and column back for easy access to the dial mechanism
and dashpot
- Glass covered metal dial and knife-edge pointer
- Operating temperature range: +14°F to +104°F (-10°C to +40°C)
