Load Cell Gauge in four capacities from 2 to 100 lbs. - remarkably
cost effective digital force gauges offering digital accuracy, versatility
and extreme ease of use. Four element keypad controls basic functions:
ZERO, UNITS, PEAK, *. Offers fast, easy operator training for
both production floor and laboratory environments. Its affordable
price, rugged all-metal design and interval sampling rate of 1000 samples
per
second makes the DFM perfect for a wide variety of peak applications.
Operation Features:
- Internal digital sampling rate of 1000 samples per second
- Tension/compression modes are indicated by "T" for tension
or "C" for compression upon force application.
- Selectable units of measurement: lb, kg or N
- Display update rate of 8 times per second
- Rechargeable battery with Peak and Low Battery indicator on display
- Continuous AC operation available for 110 VAC or 220 VAC
Physical Design Features:
- Die cast, powder coated metal reversible housing. Split housing design
permits upright display whether gauge is hand held or test stand mounted.
- Easy to read 1/2" high LCD display with 4-1/2 digits for forced
value. On the display, indicators show units, mode, peak and low battery
- 4 button keypad with separate on/off switch
- Rear mounting hole patterns: (2) #10-32 thread holes for light duty
stands
Standard Accessories: Stainless steel attachments include a flat head, hook and 2" extension
rod. Gauge, battery charger, attachments, Allen wrench and operation manual
are furnished in a cushioned carrying case. Accuracy: ±0.5% of full scale ±1 LSC (least significant
count)
