Advanced Chatillon digital force gauges with non-dedicated remote load cell for flexibility

DFA-R-ND Chatillon force gauges come without a load cell. You can specify different REMOTE series load cells to use with the gauge for increased flexibility. These load cells simply "plug in" to the gauge body allowing the user to have a common gauge with a range of capacities from 2 lb up to 10,000 lb. When combined with a REMOTE series load cell, the force measurement accuracy is +/-0.3% of full scale.

All DFA-R-ND series force gauges feature RS232 serial data and MITUTOYO communications and an internal sampling rate of 10,000 Hz. The DFA series digital force gauge is ideal for critical applications where capturing precise peak readings are required. Combined with the NEXYGEN software, users have a very powerful and easy to use data acquisition and force measurement analysis system. Other features include the ability to store as many as 1000 test readings in as many as 99 batches. The gauge also features programmable high and low setpoints, pushbutton calibration and an analog output for graphing the force curve. All gauges feature user-selectable force units it oz, lbs, g, kg and N. A large, easy to read LCD display indicates current and peak values, gauge settings and gauge status. A selectable auto shutoff feature helps to preserve battery life.

The gauge is also available with an integral load cell (Chatillon DFA).

When integrated with a Chatillon TCD-200 digitally controlled test stand, the DFA-R-ND becomes the heart of an extremely versatile testing system.
